From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Tim, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He remembered my name whenever I saw him and offered useful information with each encounter. Same is true of the Cafe Bistro barista. She seemed very experienced and was delightful in every way. The hotel staff, in general, was friendly and helpful, which greatly influenced our perception of the property overall.

Good value out of the cluster of hotels near there. This one has a little bit more of a luxury feel to it at reasonable price, it's rated 3 star but the lobby feel, rooms, and amenities is closer to a basic level 4 star(not a high end 4 star, but much better than most 3 star hotels), as nice as three star hotels go. One of the other hotels I stayed at on a previous trip to the area was old and run down and smelled bad, sorta sketchy at a similar price, though not this one, this one was good and reasonable price. And it's got a decent bar, not a crazy huge selection of liquors or foods, though the food I got was good, and nice atmosphere if you like a low key feel.

We booked b/c of access to hot tub, which was closed upon arrival. Turns out someone thought it would be funny to add SHAMPOO. Logan kindly reduced our rate, and assured hot tub would be open in the morning, which it was, and we had time to enjoy it before we left

Tim the hotel manager was exceptional. He was extremely accommodating, friendly, happy to guide my guest and I towards dining and drinks and even gave us a recommendation on a taxi service. Tim is a great asset to your hotel and gives me a great reason to book again and return!

Clean room and long hours for the pool make as very happy . The location also fantastic near the Mall .

Great staff, the Manager put me in a great room with a great view, and also an excellent job by the property's maintenance engineer who made sure 2 of the issues i had with my tv guide plus a sink were fixed immediately, thx alot!

Very inviting, lobby is decorated beautiful, room was very clean and nicely decorated with an amazing bathroom and shower
